This happens to most of us on a daily basis, even without knowing we find ourselves doing it. We add more value on things like cars, clothes, jewelry e.t.c, more than we value our fellow human being and life.

There was this auto crash that happened sometime ago, the crash involved a Ferrari and there were three people inside the car, I and my friend were reading about the accident and the first thing he said was "mehn so this Ferrari is gone" he didn't even consider the dead occupants of the car. It happens to all of us at one point or the other, but that is not good at all.

All these things can always be replaced, we can even get better ones. They are really nothing if you look at them. Some people can actually die for their stuff. I was watching a movie, armed robbers stopped a man in a nice SUV and what the man had to tell the criminals was that they can kill him but they should not touch his car. They can as well kill him and trash the car, he looses both ways.Who does that, its absurd and ridiculous, even some girls can die for their jewelry, cloth, bag and shoe.

We are humans, yea it just happens, he have to start changing that. We have to start adding more value to our fellow human being than material things. They can always come back, even animals their lives are more valuable than things. If you reason it very well you will figure out that its not worth it.

Things are meant to be used and when they are old or worn-out they are disposed and replaced, they can always be replaced for even better ones. The iphone of today will definitely not be the same or better than the one that will be manufactured next two years. Then why murder your friend for misplacing it?. Its normal to be angry, but you just have to let it go, there are better ones tomorrow.

On the other hand, humans are meant to be cared for and loved. You don't know what will happen next, it is said that "you don't know what you have until you loose it". Lets try and add more value to human life than we do to things.

A friend shared a very touching story to me, I really felt bad after reading the story, we all are guilty as charged. But we are all striving to be better everyday. I decided to share the story here:

While a man was polishing his new car, his 6 yr old son picked up a stone and scratched lines on the side of the car. In anger, the man took the child's hand and hit it many times, not realizing he was using a spanner. After that the child was taken to the hospital immediately, at the hospital the child lost all his fingers due to multiple fractures. When the child saw his father.....with painful eyes he asked " dad when will my fingers grow back?" The man was so hurt and speechless, he went back to his car and kicked it a lot of times. Devastated by his own actions.....sitting in front of the car he looked at the scratches; the child had written "LOVE YOU DAD". The next day the man committed suicide. Anger and love have no limits. Choose wisely to have a beautiful, lovely life.

Things are to be used and people are to be loved. Let's be careful to keep this thoughts in mind. Watch your thoughts, they become words; watch your words they become actions; watch your actions they become habits; watch your habits they become character; watch your character it becomes your destiny.

Am glad I received this message, we need to change our view on life and things around. I think things will be a little better.
